Cessna and Piper aircraft are fantastic airplanes, but they are basically the same design first produced in the 60s. The average cost of the more often rented 1970-1980s trainers are about $125.00/hr in the Phoenix area. The newest models perform about the same as the originals but costs even more per hour to rent. We provide our modern Remos for $110/hr. Their performance is slightly better than these older four place aircraft and will absolutely blow away the equivalent two place trainers. Our aircraft are 2008/2009 models featuring Dynon glass flight decks (computerized flight instruments) and Garmin GPS and radios, making them easy to use and fun to fly! They’re made from modern composite materials, yet they are simple by design.
