Your airplanes are Light Sport Airplanes, is that flight time less valuable in my logbook?

When logging time in a Remos, Cessna, Piper, etc its all the same category and class of aircraft! The time logged will read ASEL= Airplane- Single Engine Land. So beyond that, you’ll want to check whatever additional boxes you can. Fortunately for you, our airplanes have “technically advanced flightdecks”. This means that we fly with modern technology in our instrument panels, similar to that used in the airlines. This is an added value when applying to jobs that have modern aircraft. More flight schools are catching up with this technology trend, but will usually charge more for you to fly behind an “EFIS” equipped airplane. I would challenge you to see what they charge for this upgrade and realize that this is included in our already low rental price.
